The design, optimization and experimental validation of a printed reflectarray are addressed. The total re-radiated field is considered as the sum of all the fields from the different elements, whose geometrical features are defined through an optimization procedure using a suitably defined genetic algorithm. Experimental results of the proposed final structure are reported.
