ANALISI SUL CONSUMO DI ENERGIA TERMICA PER GLI EDIFICI SCOLASTICI DELLA PROVINCIA DI TORINO - Analysis on consumption of thermal energy for educational buildings in the Province of Turin

La Provincia di Torino gestisce oltre un centinaio edifici di scuola superiore sul territorio e da anni è impegnata sulle tematiche della sostenibilità ambientale ed energetica. Nel gennaio 2014 ha approvato il Piano d'Azione per l'Energia Sostenibile della Provincia di Torino, elaborato nell'ambito del Progetto Europeo “Cities on Power” (www.citiesonpower.eu), che rivolge particolare attenzione all’efficienza energetica degli edifici residenziali e pubblici. In questo lavoro è stato costruito il catasto energetico degli edifici scolastici di secondo grado raccogliendo i dati geometrici, tipologici e di consumo di energia termica degli edifici della Provincia. I dati di consumo sono stati rappresentati anche attraverso la firma energetica degli edifici in funzione dei dati climatici. Infine selezionando alcuni edifici-tipo, è stata fatta una valutazione sugli interventi di riqualificazione energetica più efficaci tenendo anche conto dei costi relativi dei singoli interventi. Tale analisi consentirà di realizzare un piano di intervento di riqualificazione energetica a breve o a lungo periodo, in modo da ottimizzare costi e benefici e rendere quindi possibile la riqualificazione energetica in termini di investimento delle risorse disponibili. The Province of Turin manages over a hundred buildings of high school and it is engaged on issues of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. In January 2014 the Plan of Action for the Sustainable Energy of the Province of Turin was approved, developed within the European Project "Cities on Power" ( www.citiesonpower.eu ), which pays particular attention to energy efficiency of residential and public buildings. In this work, geometric, typological and thermal energy consumption data on high school buildings were collected. The energy consumption data were also represented through the energy signature of the buildings on the basis of the outdoor air temperature data. Finally selecting some school building archetypes, the most effective interventions of renovation were evaluated taking into account the relative costs. This analysis will allow to carry out a plan of action for promote the energy efficiency in the short or long term, optimizing costs and benefits and thus making it possible in terms of investment of available economic resources.
