Valorizzazione del patrimonio cinematografico storico in Italia: nuovi modelli di gestione per la creazione di valore

One of the strategic objectives that the enhancement scenarios of cultural heritage are asking is that of compatibility and quality both in conservation actions of good, both in the urban regeneration. The recent Italian legislative system introduced openings concerning the possibility of private sector intervention in favor of the sector of Culture and Cultural Heritage. The aim of paper is to investigate, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses, the different models of public-private partnership (PPP) in the cultural sector analyzing them through two cases study, in which the private and public sectors collaborated for the management actions and plan, for the involvement of local stakeholders, for the realization of restoration, for the organization of specific and special initiatives, for to recall events and memory documentation.
